Parenting can be incredibly rewarding and also challenging. Many parents want the best for their child, but worry about doing it the right way. They worry about passing down generational traumas, or not being present enough, consistent enough, connected enough. If this sounds like you, I can help.
What I do
I work with both the child and their parents. I was trained in child-led play therapy at the Juvenile Protective Association, and began to involve parents in more and more of the treatment as I saw the incredible results. I emphasize making space for our feelings, even the scary ones, and pay special attention to the child’s attachment to their parents.

I see children and their families in my Loop office. I also provide home visits for an additional fee for families located in or near the following neighborhoods: Loop, South Loop, West Loop, River North and Streeterville.
