Q: Do you provide parent coaching?

A: Yes! Parent coaching is an important part of the support I provide. My coaching focuses on practical tools for real-life challenges—whether it’s getting through mealtimes without power struggles, setting limits without guilt, or learning new ways to connect with your child.

Q: Do you accept insurance?

A: I don’t bill insurance directly, but I can provide superbills you can submit for possible reimbursement. Out-of-network benefits vary, and I’ve seen some families receive up to 70% back. I’m happy to guide you through the process.

Q: How much does therapy with you cost?

A: I charge $200 for a 60-minute session. I also offer home visits for an additional fee.

Self-pay allows me to offer the highest quality of care with maximum flexibility. I can meet you at your home or office, and provide observations and coaching during everyday moments like mealtime or bedtime.
