Adult Psychotherapy

Being a person is a lonely job. We long to be seen, and yet we push people away, lest we are too much or not enough.

If you have analyzed your attachment types, recognized your tendency to self isolate, tried therapy after therapy, and still feel that something is missing, come talk to me. I might just be able to help.

I believe the core of therapeutic efficacy lies in lasting emotional change. It takes time to learn to see ourselves, and to allow someone else to see us, too.

This time we will move away from the intellectualizing, the problem solving, the humor as a coping tool. We will have conversations as two human beings, and together we will learn how to feel, and then, how to feel differently.

Please get in touch. Let’s talk about how I can help.
